HOW TO ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR...

PRAY THIS PRAYER
Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that You died for my sins and rose from the dead so that I can have eternal life.
I choose now to turn from my sins and receive You as my Lord and Savior.
Thank you Jesus, for coming into my life. In Jesus' name, amen.

4 STEPS TO GROWING IN YOUR FAITH NOW THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED JESUS CHRIST AS LORD...

1. GET PLUGGED INTO YOUR LOCAL CHURCH
Getting fed spiritually is so important for growing your faith.
Plug into community. Get into a youth group or Bible study group so that you can grow deeper in fellowship and communion.
The Lord made us to be with other, like minded believers.
This makes us have accountability to one another.

2. GET INTO THE BIBLE AND READ THE FOUR GOSPELS
(Matthew, Mark, Luke and John)
Reading the Bible is key for growing as a Christian.
You need to water your faith with the Word of God.
The Word tells us in Romans 10:17,
"Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God."

3. GET BAPTIZED
This is a public declaration of your faith. It is letting other people know that you have been born again. You are declaring your faith and the immersion under water symbolizes the old life being buried and risen into new life in Christ as a believer.

4. PRAYER
Having a regular prayer life and talking to God. This is especially important in your personal relationship with the Lord. You need to talk with your Heavenly Father everyday to stay plugged into His wonderful and powerful presence.
