A New Thing

Greetings in the Name of the Lord:

Here we are rapidly approaching the end of 2025 & I am reflecting on how faithful God has been this year.
I’m trusting more & more people are being reached with the good news of Jesus!
We are so grateful for all you have done, your support & love! Yet I know there’s a lot of work ahead for us.
We cannot rest until we have fulfilled God’s commission- to prepare all the nations of the world for the coming of Jesus.
I’m reminded of the hope found in Isaiah 43:18-19, written nearly 3,000 years ago…
“But forget all that—it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”

As Isaiah says, it’s nothing compared to what God is about to do.
These are not just nice words; they are a PROMISE!
Through the renewing of our hearts & by stepping out in faith, we open the door for God to fulfill His promise to “do a new thing” as we prepare for the coming New Year!
God’s promise to do a "new thing" is not just for the USA or Christians; it is for you. So lean into all that the Lord has in store for you— & trust Him to see it through. My prayer is that you will embrace the future God has for you.
God is ready. Yes, He has “already begun.”
Seek Him with all your heart. Praise Him in the good times & the bad times. Put your trust in His promises & embrace the plans He has for your future. Don’t let anything— or anybody— hold you back.

As you praise Him in worship today, let His Presence fill you.
Read about His promises in His Word. Let them soak into your heart.
Thank you Lord for Your goodness to me.
Also, pray about the role God has for you this year, as you & I work together to meet the needs of as many as possible & to share the Gospel with as many people as we can reach.
“So Faith cometh by hearing & hearing by the word of God.”

Philippians 2:5, “You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.”

People in every nation need to hear the Good News of Jesus.
I pray that you find the hope & joy of God’s promises  in this New Year & beyond. God bless you &
Happy New Year!!!
Pastor Kim
